These terms govern your use of YallahGive, a platform that connects people donating unused household items with people who may need them. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

YallahGive facilitates community connections. It does not sell items or act as a party to handover arrangements between users.

• You must provide accurate and current account information.
• You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 or have appropriate guardian consent.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Listings must describe genuine items offered free of charge. Photos, descriptions, city, category, and contact information should be clear and accurate.

• No commercial sales or hidden payment requests.
• No illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, or offensive items.
• No misleading descriptions, spam, or duplicate abuse.
• Remove listings when an item is no longer available.

• Communicate respectfully and do not harass other users.
• Arrange handovers in a safe, appropriate location.
• Inspect items and make decisions using your own judgment.
• Report suspicious listings or behavior to YallahGive.

We aim to keep YallahGive available, useful, and safe. We may review or remove listings, limit access, and take reasonable moderation steps when these terms or applicable laws are violated.

We cannot guarantee the quality, safety, condition, availability, or accuracy of items and user-provided information.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Users assume the risks associated with communication, meetings, and item handovers to the extent permitted by law.

Accounts or listings may be suspended or removed for fraud, harmful conduct, repeated violations, or activity that threatens the community.
